Darren Diamond
CO-FOUNDER
Darren Diamond is an entrepreneur, qualified accountant and co-founder of Davka Group.
He has built and led businesses across payroll, accountancy, software, care and operational services. Darren brings commercial oversight, financial leadership and operational experience across the Group’s portfolio companies.
Darren splits his time between Davka Group and its sister group based in the Isle of Man, specialising in outsourcing.
His work supports sustainable growth, service delivery, compliance and business development across the Group.
Gideon Schulman
Group Chief Executive Officer
Gideon Schulman is a board, governance and transformation leader with more than 25 years’ experience across commercial, charity, education and healthcare organisations. He is Group Chief Executive of The Davka Group and Principal Adviser, People & Strategy at Pytronot, leading the group’s growth and governance.
He has held senior leadership and board roles across business, education, healthcare and the charitable sector, including Stanmore College, Canine Partners, the MS Society and The Neurological Alliance.
Under his leadership, The Davka Group has grown into a multi-service group spanning payroll, accountancy, care, software, advisory and property.
